Tonight the #76ers play the Bobcats. Philly trying to start a new win streak.  Bobcats are what the
doctor ordered. They are a bad team.
Heat play the Knicks on #ESPN at 8 pm. Not sure if Carmelo is playing. Dewayne Wade is schedule to
play.
Tomorrow Temple host St Joseph's on Broad St. Should be an outstanding game. St Joe have loss 8 or 9 straight to the Owls.

                  I think St. Joesph's wins and ends streak.  Sixers and Heat should win as well.

Week end recap and other stuff

Ravens covered and Giants won outright! Yeah me and any one else that had it.

Online Betting and Sports Betting are the two hot topics in New Jersey. These things, along with Revel
have people talking about Atlantic City. They will attract people because there is a buzz about these topics.
A younger demographic is what AC needs as the Baby boomers fade away. Each of the things I mention
are things that the 24 to 40 age group enjoys doing. They all can't go to Revel and Borgata, so the other casinos will sustain the overflow. Each house must be in position to move immediately as other states will follow suit.

 I went 3/ 6 with my picks last weekend. San Fran,the over in New England and the Sixers the winners. Tebow , lakers and  the under in New Orleans took Ls.

Mayor Langford's Business Address and Luncheon

The luncheon was held at Bally's Park Place in Atlantic City. The business community was represented
by the casinos, law firms and colleges. The Mayor spoke about the notable achievements of his
administration and his forecast for 2012.
The Mayor cited his rehiring of police and firefighters. He mention the Bader Field concert and the money generated from the 3 day event.
In 2012, there are four concerts scheduled this year,two in June and two in September. This will establish
AC as a place that mega events can be held and be profitable to the entire region.
There is a Save A Lot planned for AC  this year.

                                 There are some reasons to get excited about Atlantic City!

is on a track to have internet gaming in 3 to 7 months. Most of the major players,Harrahs and
MGM have interactive teams in place.
DC appears to be losing momentum with delays and reviews by community leaders and city council.

Sports Betting is on NJ agenda,but will take a federal law change to get off the ground.

Will attend Mayor Luncheon in AC next week. Will confirm reservation in two days.
