Xfinity Live Recap and Review

I finally made it to Xfintiy Live yesterday. It is located in the middle of the sport stadium
complex between the Wells Fargo Center and the Lincoln Field. Parking is free when
there is not an event at Citizen Bank Park, home of the Phillies or the other aforementioned
venues.

They have radio broadcast from the outside of the facility. They include 97.5; Fanatic Radio
Sports station and 107.9; Hip Hop and R&B.

The first person I see as I'm about to enter is Julius (Dr. J) Erving. He is there attending a
private party inside one the restaurants, the Spectrum Grill. Thia appears to be the  most upscale
dining place on site.
There are several places to eat that are fast food by design. They include Chickie's and
Pete's,The Original Philly and Tim Horton's Cafe Express.
The sit down dining and drinking areas are Victory Beer Hall, Broad Street Bullies Pub and
PBR Bar and Grill.
There is a Mitchell and Ness Jersey Shop. There is no food or drink allowed.  In the middle of
the room is a gigantic screen call the NBC Sports Arena. This give the place the style of  a
Las Vegas sportsbook. There are exclusive lounge areas where you pay 100 to 200 dollars.
The good news is the money you pay goes to your tab. This make you feel like a VIP and still
a part of the crowd. No one was in either area because it was early.

There is an outside area that is family oriented and  not as expensive. They have a stage area
where live bands could perform. There are seats and areas where you can play bean bag games.
This is where I saw the owner of the Sixers,CEO Adam Aron. He was just walking around and
blending in.

I enjoyed my Xfinity Live experience. They seem to have thought of everything. It's a great
place to watch the game and hangout with friends. If there is a home game, it will be packed.
You can dress casual and be perfect. There have been some reported issues concerning fights
and underage drinking. At the time of my visit, it was announced that a new security plan was
in place. Each of their security staff appear to be body builders so you will feel safe.

I would give it a look and recommend it for families during the day.
